Coins & Values

There are several factors we take into account when pricing a coin.

-Melt Value- This is the value of the metal when a coin is melted down for the material value only. Current prices are a search on this internet away, they fluctuate frequently.

-Historical Value- The value of the coin increases over the years. Age always adds value to a coin, as it's part of history.

-Rarity Value- Each and every coin has a rarity to it, either because it's so old or because of how many or little were produced. Other factors can change the rarity of a coin as well, such as minting errors and destruction or loss of coins over time to increase the value of the coin. For example a coin from 1934 might be older than a coin from 1955 but because of an error a coin in 1955 might be a few of a kind and be more valuable.

-Condition Value- The condition of a coin also plays a role in the price. A coin in perfect mint state will bring considerable more value to the coin than a coin in a poor eligible state.

Coins make a great gift especially to anyone you know that collects coins or is starting to collect coins.

Coin & Paper Currency Collection, Preservation & Restoration

Coin & Currency Collection - Coins and currency from our company are collected from around the world. We acquire coins online and locally from antique shops and sellers looking to exchange their coins and paper currency.

Preservation - We make a commitment  to preserve precious coins and paper money so that they may be admired or collected by future generations.

Restoration - Some items we receive are in very bad condition or would not be appealing to any dealer or collector. For this reason we restore coins to a more acceptable level. This process takes usually 1-2 months for decent coins and 3-4 for more damaged coins. Coins should never be cleaned, cleaning removes layers of a coin and or leaves deep scratches to a coin that make it unappealing. While we avoid purchasing coins that have been cleaned, it is almost impossible to not get any as with so many years it is bound to happen. We value coins accordingly. You can take a look at coins by the shimmer and luster they have, a coin with a cartwheel luster will have much more value than one with a flat luster.
